5. Reviews and referrals

5-1. Writing a review

Once your tour is complete, the trip page shows Write a review.

Rate the tour from 1 to 10 and tell other travelers what it was like.

Press Post review.

Thanks — your review is live. Reviews cannot be edited.

Reviews cannot be edited or deleted after posting, so take a moment before you send. Your review appears on the tour's page under What travelers say, and counts towards the tour's rating.

Your guide can reply once, and their reply appears under your review as Reply from your guide.

You can see everything you have written under Your reviews. If a review of yours was removed from the public page it is marked Hidden by Kirarity — you can still read your own text.

What makes a useful review

• Say what you actually did and what surprised you. Future travelers are choosing a day, not a product.
• Mention pace and walking distance — it helps people with different needs.
• Please do not include anyone's full name, contact details or address, including your guide's.

If something about your tour was wrong, tell Kirarity as well as leaving a review — we can only fix what we hear about.

5-2. Inviting friends

Open Settings → Invite friends.

Share your link. Your friend gets credit on their first tour, and you get credit once they travel. Kirarity covers the discount — your guide is always paid in full.

The page gives you:

Use Copy (the button confirms "Copied") or Share to send it.

5-3. How the credit works

1. Your friend opens your link and signs up. They get welcome credit for their first tour — ¥2,000 by default, valid for 90 days.
2. When their first tour is paid for, you get invite reward credit — ¥2,000 by default, valid for 365 days — and we email it to you (Your ¥2,000 referral coupon from Kirarity Travel).
3. Apply credit to a trip before you pay, using Have a code? (→ 2-5).

Rules worth knowing:

• Your friend must use the link before they book anything. Invite links only work before a first booking.
• You cannot use your own link, and a person can only be invited once.
• There is a monthly cap on how much invite reward one person can earn (10 rewards a month by default).
• Credit is applied to a single trip and cannot be split across trips.

5-4. Following your invites

The same page shows:

• People you invited — with Invited while they have not traveled yet, and Reward earned once their first tour is paid for. Names are not shown; each entry appears as "A traveler".
• Your credit — each item shows its amount, whether it is Ready to use, Used or Cancelled, its expiry (Valid until …), and any conditions such as First tour only or Tours from {amount}.

If invites are paused you will see: "Invites are paused right now. Credits you already have still work."
